Hi, I’m Jael (BA Hons, PGCE, NT Dip CNM, ITEC)
I am a London and online-based Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Teacher, and Complementary Therapist. With over 15 years in education and clinical practice, I specialise in chronic pain management, autoimmune conditions, hormone balancing, sleep hygiene, energy metabolism and long-term condition support such as sickle cell disorders, neuropathy, and osteoarthritis.
My approach is holistic. I combine nutrition, complementary therapies, lifestyle strategies, therapeutic techniques and ongoing support to help you navigate complex health challenges. Care is always personalised, trauma-informed, and anti-ableist, designed to meet your body where it is and empower you to make sustainable changes.

Managing chronic pain and long-term illness has shaped both my practice and my purpose. I have navigated disability, depression, anxiety, and reproductive health challenges, which has given me insight into the frustration of seeking solutions and finding none. This lived experience informs every plan I create.
I began my career in education, teaching secondary school students after earning a BA in Politics and Development Studies and a PGCE in Citizenship Education. As chronic pain intensified, I fought and won an Employment Tribunal for disability discrimination, using the experience and resources to retrain in Complementary Therapy and Naturopathic Nutrition. After completing a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and gaining three years of supervised clinical experience, I launched Cell Based Nutrition in 2025 to provide integrative, personalised care for individuals with chronic conditions and disabilities.
Mission:
To empower individuals with chronic illness, pain, and disabilities through personalised Naturopathic Nutrition, complementary therapies, and advocacy. I provide trauma-informed, client-centred support to enhance well-being, improve pain management, and promote holistic health.
Vision:
To be a globally recognised leader in holistic healthcare, transforming lives through evidence-based nutrition, integrative therapies, and disability advocacy. I envision a world where individuals with chronic conditions thrive, holistic well-being is accessible to all, and equitable healthcare empowers independence and vitality.
Philosophy:
I do not view weight as a measure of health or worth. My work is about uncovering root causes, addressing imbalance, supporting your body’s natural resilience and fostering long-term healing. Every client receives care that honours complexity, resists blame, and affirms dignity. Every plan is tailored, inclusive, and trauma-informed, recognising that your health cannot be separated from your lived experience.
I combine over 15 years of teaching, clinical experience, and complementary therapy training to provide a holistic, trauma-informed, and anti-ableist approach to healthcare.
My core expertise spans:
My journey is informed by lived experience. Managing chronic pain, navigating disability, and confronting systemic ableism have shaped not only my practice but my purpose. I understand the frustration of seeking solutions and finding none. I also understand the power of personalised, evidence-informed guidance to create meaningful change.
