Please reach us at info@cellbasednutrition.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Absolutely. My practice is disability-informed, trauma-aware, and inclusive. I understand the realities of living with long-term illness and adapt all plans and recommendations to your specific needs, pace, and capacity. Your care is always personalised, never standardised.
Your first session includes a detailed review of your health history, current symptoms, and lifestyle. I also ask for a pre-consultation questionnaire and food diary, so we can spend our time focusing on your goals rather than gathering background information. By the end of the session, you will receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, plus recommendations for supplements or testing if needed.
A follow-up consultation is designed to keep you supported and moving forward after your initial session. During these 60-minute sessions, we review your progress, answer any questions, and address challenges you may have faced along the way. We fine tune your nutrition goals, provide targeted coaching, and adapt your plan so it continues to meet your needs. If you have new test results, we’ll go through them together and use the findings to make informed recommendations for diet, supplements, and lifestyle. Each follow-up is a chance to build on your progress, adjust where needed, and make sure you feel confident about your next steps.
It depends on the level of support you need. If you want a focused one-off session, a single consultation may be the best fit. If you live with a chronic condition, pain, or complex health needs, a longer package is often more effective as it allows for regular check-ins on-gong support, and adjustments to your plan. I am happy to guide you in choosing the option that works best for your situation.
Change is never about perfection. It’s about progress at a pace that fits your life. Together, we focus on what is realistic for you, with adjustments along the way. My role is to guide you, not overwhelm you. Even small changes can create a big shift over time, and I’ll support you to keep moving forward without judgement.
Yes. My approach does not replace medical care. Instead, I offer support that complements your existing treatment. With your consent, I can provide GP referral letters, suggest appropriate tests, and keep your wider healthcare team informed. This ensures your care remains safe, coordinated, and integrated.
My business is based in the UK, so all services are quoted in GBP (£) and USD ($), as these are widely recognised international currencies. Since exchange rates can change daily, I recommend converting the quoted amount into your local currency using your bank or a reliable online currency converter. This ensures you have the most accurate and up-to-date figure before booking.
Payment is made in full at the time of booking, before your first session. This confirms your commitment and secures my time and energy as a practitioner living with chronic illness myself. Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you the health questionnaire and food diary so we can begin your journey with clarity and focus.
Many of my clients come to me after years of trying diets, supplements, or therapies that didn’t last. What makes this different is that I take time to understand the complexity of your health, your history, and your day-to-day reality. Every plan is tailored to you, and I provide ongoing support so you’re not left to figure it out alone. While I cannot promise a cure, I can promise care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and designed to make a meaningful difference.
I understand the concern, especially if you’ve invested in your health before and felt let down. My services are structured to provide not just information, but long-term tools, education, and personalised support that you can continue using well beyond our sessions. It’s an investment in skills and strategies that can help you reduce pain, improve energy, and reclaim parts of your life that illness has taken.
That depends on your starting point, your condition, and your capacity to make changes. Some clients notice improvements within weeks, while for others it takes longer. The focus is not on quick fixes but on steady, sustainable progress. I track your progress with you and adapt your plan so you can keep moving towards your goals with confidence.
Yes. My practice is trauma-informed, anti-ableist, and body-neutral. I don’t treat weight as a measure of health or worth, and I don’t expect perfection. I meet you where you are, with respect for your story and your pace. Every consultation is a space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement.
Yes. I offer tailored consultations for both adults and children, as their nutritional needs and circumstances are very different.
For adults, the consultation focuses on your full health picture: medical and nutritional history, lifestyle patterns such as diet, exercise, stress, and environment, as well as any relevant test results and medications. Together we assess your symptoms, identify triggers, and create a personalised plan for the most effective relief. This may include strategies to replenish deficiencies, gut and metabolic support, pain management approaches, and practical meal planning. We also discuss whether additional nutritional testing would be useful and create step-by-step changes to support lasting health improvements.
For children and teenagers, the focus is on their growth, development, and unique nutritional needs. During the initial evaluation, we review medical history, growth patterns, eating habits, and family routines. From there, I provide age-appropriate recommendations that fit realistically into your child’s daily life. The aim is to address any imbalances, support healthy development, and create strategies that work for both the child and the family environment. The goal is to help your child thrive with nutrition that supports their overall wellbeing.
