Programme Details

IMPORTANT: A NOTE BEFORE YOU JOIN

Course Dates: 5 Weeks, every Sunday evening in May at 7:00 PM GMT (3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st)


I want to be upfront with you about something before you enrol, because your success on this course matters to me deeply.


Two of our five Sunday evening sessions fall immediately before Bank Holiday Mondays:

• Week 1 Sunday 3rd May (before the Early May Bank Holiday)

• Week 4 Sunday 24th May (before the Spring Bank Holiday)


I know Bank Holiday weekends often come with plans - family visits, time away, social commitments. And I would far rather you know this now than book a place only to find yourself unable to show up fully.


Here is what you need to know: the live sessions will not be recorded. A pre-recorded course outline is available to all participants, but it is not a replacement for attending live. The breakthroughs that happen on this course happen in the room, in the guided exercises, the shared moments, the questions that arise when you are present and engaged.


Missing Week 1 means arriving at Week 2 without your foundation. Missing Week 4 means entering your final session without the tools it builds on. The weeks are designed to work together, and partial participation will limit your results.


Please check your calendar honestly before you commit. If you have any doubt about your availability on those two dates, I warmly encourage you to join the next cohort instead when the timing is right for you to give this your full attention.

The Pain & Fatigue Liberation Method is designed for people with musculoskeletal and nerve-related chronic pain conditions (such as fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, arthritis, neuropathy, sickle cell etc.). We focus on the underlying drivers - inflammation, energy depletion, nervous system regulation - that affect all chronic pain.  


Most approaches focus on symptom management and masking pain temporarily. We're addressing root causes through cell-based nutrition and evidence-based lifestyle strategies. You're not just coping; you're rebuilding your body's foundation so it can heal naturally. Plus, you'll have the support of a community who understands your journey.


  

You will be provided with a pre-recorded session for each week. You can watch on your own schedule. Plus, all homework and resources are designed to be self-paced. The group support is valuable, but the programme works even if you can't always be live.


Yes. In 5 weeks, you'll identify your personal triggers, implement sustainable changes, and create your Personal Wellness Blueprint. Many clients notice shifts in energy and pain levels within the first 2 weeks. This isn't about "curing" chronic pain in 5 weeks - it's about giving you the tools and framework to thrive long-term.


  

You'll have a complete toolkit and ongoing access to our private support group. Many clients continue independently with confidence. Some choose to work with me one-on-one afterwards, but that's entirely optional.


I'm confident in this method because I've seen it work repeatedly. However, results require engagement - tracking patterns, implementing changes, showing up for yourself. If you do the work and don't see any improvement, let's talk. I'm committed to your success.
